Having a background of over 20 years in interior design and a passion for architecture, I’m able to assist sellers who need to de-clutter, reorganize and stage their homes for maximum visual affect. After spending most of my career in Connecticut helping women reach their fitness goals in healthcare and wellness consulting, I moved back to the southeast close to where I went to college. With my strong desire to continue to help people one-on-one, I knew real estate would fulfill that passion as I grew up with my father in the business. With the Triad as my home, I happily serve my home buyers and sellers. 

When I first started in real estate, I focused solely on working with home buyers and built my reputation navigating difficult deals by making the process seamless to my clients. This past year I began working with sellers as well, and with great success. All homes have been under contract within 15 days and many with multiple offers because we spent the right amount of time getting the home ready. 

My model is to listen first, understand my clients vision and then offer the proper advice while working diligently through the process. 

Although most of my business is through referrals from happy clients, I would love to get to know you!

I have had the pleasure of working with many first home buyers in the triad and love being able to make their dreams a reality. Every transaction was different, but they have all aligned with my clients’ goals. Steven is stepping into a new realm in the professional world with Allen Tate Realtors. He has spent the last few years expanding street sales for a regional food distributor in the Triad area.

He previously worked in the nonprofit area of hunger relief and food insecurity. He, his wife, two sons, and two dogs have lived off Lake Townsend in southern Browns Summit for the past ten years. They have become active in their church and civic organizations and activities.
